The ab buddy Ab Roller innovative design delivers effective low, medium and high intensity core workouts for everyone.

For beginners, starting out on a traditional ab wheel may be tough due to the initial difficulty of fully extending, caused by a high intensity on the upper abs!

The new eco-design enables users to support their weight via the elbow pads which locks in the back and shoulders, shifting the load directly to the abdominal muscles, compared to regular ab wheels, (where most of the torque is concentrated via the user’s hand and wrists). In addition, this design reduces the load on the users lower back.

For intermediates, users benefit from the wide roller wheel designed to assist with stability. Allowing the transfer of weight from the left and right focusing on the oblique abdominals.​

For advanced users, the Ab Roller enables users to exercise on their toes rather than knees (similar to changing the difficulty of a press up). Whilst extending the legs, this exercise now shifts from a low/ medium difficulty to an intense advanced workout.
