ab buddy the lifestyle fitness band (supporting core strength) local town is Winslow, Buckinghamshire in England. This is an old ancient town formed in 792 by King Offa of Mercia. Winslow has a strong community and long tradition of local markets. As a Market Town, Winslow holds an event each year to raise money for local charities called the Winslow Show.
ab buddy was delighted to join in the fun at the Winslow Show on August Bank Holiday and support the local community with a stall. Offering free balloons for kids and fitness equipment giveaways for adults to promote fitness and a healthy lifestyle.
